The Use Full of Dzikir Jahr <Dhikr Jahr> Part-2: Applicates on Muamalah According My Experiences in Journeys following Manaqib at Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya, Induring The Last of 2016 Until a Half Least 2017

As long as I ever passed in my life times before the sound of my heart in the last month of 2016 year calling my body as syariat <syari`ah, sharia> to bringing the haqikat <essence> of my true searching of the truth about the correlation between tashowwuf <tasawuf> knowledge in thoriqoh method that I ever knew from a few of peoples and books or any variant's literally words about it in one side, and the muamalah’s system in the other side; was never found by me until that time <December, 2016>. Always as before: my complicated confuses to finding the rule in that way have to face on with the "khofii" ways. Silent in muamalah, was not my purpose at that time. But thoriqoh's ways, which usually hides its purposes in the back from every syari`ah acts, sometimes make me inpatient to know the answers of every question of my own. May be just like a part of history about inpatient minding of Prophet Musa whenever want to know what were the reason of Khidr cause his act in order to teach the prophet. And so do I in that time's term. But I knew, event hough I try so hard to catch one from the part of syariat dimension,- in this mean as muamalah's part,- it was never enough without the haqikat beside. And my teacher, Mr. Indra Purwita, always told me about the important thing is in the inner conditions of heart in us as the priority, before getting some acts which we needing in any syariat's kind of type. To manage this phenomenon of many questions of muamalah's system compares with inner health levels, of course not easy to practical it rather than to discuss about it. With the other jahr's sentences, my teacher may be want to say: do not talk about something that you never did. And whenever I pre-assumption for some sentences of Alloh,- as translated from al-Qur`an pages, or any hadits those I ever re-read or re-heard the meaning,- he is always saying: "eta pan ceuk qur`an", or sometimes: "eta pan ceuk hadis rosul", and as necessary he also closing the sentence with one finishing question for me: "ari ceuk yusni kumaha?". That approach to thinking and tasting the bottom of heart, optimally working for my own self whenever I was forgot to talk "jaharly" what sample case in the theme dimension of talking which ever done by me. So that the way of him to catching indicates of my problems, was safely me from the theories which I've proved it's truth in my practical reports. I think that is one from several kinds of the tashowwuf's intellectuals indeed. His pattern to spoke as jahr, was the example for me as good sample. Arriving in this step, I was not yet catch the jahr variants on muamalahs case, until he coach me with the next methods during a few months later.

It was December 2016. The goods in my stock post balance has had very minimum of totaly value, construct by me based on the HPP <Higher Price of Purchase> Whenever I bought it as directly cash payment for a part, and for the other parts indirectly cash payment to its suppliers. Trading activities during 2016 year I filled in by research to the cycling of commodities about its turn-over speeding time, and its resistance ability of seller in the market. To knowing it all, a few samples of the goods were taken and several times was exchange by me with trading activities in the schedule of "Tonggeng-Market" fields. In that time an item which always bringing to sale by me was matt with any variants of its quantities. I've known this kind of item since least three years ago. And I've learn and practice a part from its procedure to produce, from Abah Yaya Suhaya,- he is one from my teachers in goods production sectors, as one early levels in muamalah's scoupes. However, the production, as a home-base produce class.




They're sitting on the department of goods. This knowledge of commodities classification been learned by me from Mr. Ganjar Nugraha, the software's programmer of Point of Sale System, which his products often had sold out by me and my teams in during twelve until nine years before 2016. With the least one commodities, at 2006 year, Alloh gave me a chance to could bought one unity of house in Kabupaten Bandung, as secondary residences area from Bandung City, West Java Province, Republic of Indonesia,- my states laws of territory's operating area. This object became an asset example case balance in muamalah without cash payment, that I've learn from Mr. Uding Koswara, the person who sold the object to me whenever the house still has had some value of debt credit to a conventional bank. Indirectly, Mr. Uding was teach me about "tawwaruq", even though opinions of most people maybe say it was "take over". I don't think so. Essence of the process which we've choosing was sold-and-bought, wasn't credit's take over.

At that December 2016, the time when I start to leave all the commercial trading activities, I have to went to manaqib ceremony at Suryalaya, without ride my motorcycle which bought by me as a credit account from Mr. H. Asep Setiawan, cause the payment didn't cash money at all of the price. We want to practicing what we've know about "tawwaruq" in a side, and we want to looking for the alternates in the buy-and-sale of a vehicle's post without "riba". I ever read about interest rate it was a riba case, and so does Mr. Asep and his wife. When the first payment I paid to them for the motorcycle object, and we make an agreement about the residue from this debt of mine, Mr. Asep permitted me to take the object and its documents too; the letter mark of vehicles number <we called it as STNK, a short word as initial from words "Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan">, and the owner evidence's of the vehicle <we called it as BPKB, a short word as initial from words "Bukti Pemilikan Kendaraan Bermotor">. The BPKB make sure that Mr. Asep fully trust to me, especially for the BPKB, which when the "common creditors" in the conventions credit system didn't ever gave this kind of document to their "debtors", Mr. Asep does. I think it was cause the perception of the riba's case in the trading of vehicle's post was difference between true Islamic’s systemic of muamalah with the conventions system. The second has a percept that the buyer of the vehicle's post wasn't the true buyer, but percept them all as a borrowed partition for a few of moneys. That were why convention system called the "buyer" as the "debtor", not as the buyer. So it wasn't tawwaruq, just borrower-and-the be borrowed partitions. One of my friend, named Ihsan, has had a few items which always has a good demand from the buyer. The turning over times of his commodities was very fast rather than mine and another friend of us, the traders in the same market with Mr. Ihsan. I ever ask to him about his successfully in the business and about the commodities which he produce by his own self and make he richer more than as. He just said: "duit mah cocoan monyet, kang yus". Should am I thinking about the monkey with playing some moneys?. I didn't yet understood his essences of the words, except "if we are humans, we shouldn't playing money as a monkey plays". I was interesting follow him to sale his items. I bought it for a few of quantities as my money enough. The markets were still good, and my capital been not enough anymore. It was cause my capital was splitting to been payment for the motorcycle's debt to Mr. Asep, to been payment for bought the commodities to Mr. Ihsan, to been payment for a house rent where did I lived at that time, to been payment for another items to trade such as Abah Yaya's products and the other suppliers of mine, to been payment for routine consumption days by days of mine, and also to been operational cost and shrink cost post of the motorcycle. The problem of my additional cash needed, makes me think to bought the Mr. Ihsan's items as a non-cash payment, like my tawwaruq way with Mr. Asep. Then Mr. Ihsan agreed to give me some trade debt post for a several times. I'm a shy  if I have had some assets except money but I didn't gave one of my assets as collateral to the partitions whom I bought the commodities. So I left my BPKB to Mr. Ihsan, as a collateral for my trade debt's post to him. He ever said that it wasn't important think for him cause we were the same as muslims are the brotherhoods. But I said that sub-page was already taken by me and Mr. Asep, and now I want to practice one other sub-page between me and Mr. Ihsan. Therefore three of us practiced Suroh al-Baqoroh page 282th and 283th from al-Qur`an translated to Indonesian texts languange. And I told to Mr. Ihsan about the status of the vehicle, and the residue of my debt to Mr. Asep in one side, and I told to Mr. Asep about my business with Mr. Ihsan. There was no secret between us. But later it was the fact that Alloh has had another pleasure decided to us. I felt Mr. Indra has makes sure that my dependence to my world was laying down before learning and went.

The consequences of jahrly acts is I have to trying to make all clear, including my business aspects as muamalah, even though Mr. Indra,- who kept Thoriqoh Qodiriyyah wan Naqsyabandiyyah,- gave more attentions to my innery aspects, as khofii's side. But my desire to learn dzikir jahr at all make me and him look like have had difference ways of thinks. One from the thinks was about jaharly in muamalah's system. The silently in this side wasn't be liked by me. Have you think that the akad or the contract in any muamalah's as oraly and also writely is an important thing,- which its make muslim's ways is difference with the other samawi's religions?. In this step the part sentence of "yaa ayyuhannaas<...>" as general callings, has become to "yaa ayyuhalladziina aamanu<...>" as specify calling from Alloh. My teacher smiles. He said: "naon-naon nu dialaman ku yusni, pan abdi tos ngalaman tipayun". I knew his mean, that as early student of Abah Noor Anom Mubarok bin Abdullah Mubarok bin Nur Muhammad, Mr. Indra Purwita must be had more experiences rather than me, and more knowledge, of course. It is about experiences, and he ever said: "elmu Abah Anom bisa wae aya nu ngaku-ngaku, tapi amal Abah Anom pan moal bisa dipaok, maenya rek maok amal?". That is a right thing. Knowledge or any other knowledge-sciences has probability to be stolen, such as attached one or more thinks of the knowledge without saying about the source from who it all got, but the experiences were impossible things to stole. This wasn't over. Mr. Indra just let me to trying by my own self. He just guides for my steps, if when there were something wrong in my inner side. My starting to jahr practicing from muamalah's stage as the concretes practical from the statement : "laa ilaaha ilalloh",  just has begun, before in the next month I got another challenge to jaharly talking: about the zina's cases. Do I still have a braving jahared in those cases, as hardly as my jahar in muamalahs before?. My be that was the meaning of my teacher's smile: consistence!.
